About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media & Client Strategy to plan, execute, and optimize international paid advertising campaigns for recruitment and B2B clients.

The role focuses on Facebook and LinkedIn advertising with lead generation and ROI as primary goals. The candidate will also support client communication, providing clear reports, updates, and strategic recommendations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and optimize Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns across international markets.
  • Handle audience research, targeting, ad creation, testing, and daily optimization.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure ads are effective and aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI).
  • Provide weekly performance updates and monthly ROI reviews for clients.
  • Support clients with insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, platform changes, and compliance standards.


Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms, reporting, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of achieving ROI in international campaigns.
  • Excellent English communication skills; client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment or B2B lead generation is an advantage.
