Work Hours: 6:45 PM – 3:45 AM NPT (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview
As a Marketing Associate, you'll support our growth by connecting with customers, managing social channels, creating content, and assisting in lead generation and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound and inbound customer communication
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Manage and publish content on social media platforms
- Design eye-catching graphics and marketing materials
- Identify and convert leads
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to track and improve performance
Requirements
- Solid understanding of marketing and design principles
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
