Role Overview

The Marketing & Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Hulas Infra’s brand presence and support business growth. This role involves building a powerful corporate identity, leading campaigns across multiple channels, and positioning Hulas Infra as a trusted leader in infrastructure and industrial solutions. The incumbent will work closely with sales, business development, and project teams to deliver consistent messaging, impactful storytelling, and market visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute a long-term branding strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and enhance Hulas Infra’s corporate identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in infrastructure, galvanizing, and steel solutions.
Marketing Campaigns & Communication
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
  • Manage corporate social media, website, and content creation with engaging narratives.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to clients and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Translate insights into effective go-to-market strategies and positioning.
  • Support business development with sector-specific branding and promotional materials.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Manage corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance visibility.
  • Build partnerships with media, industry associations, and agencies.
  • Drive corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability communications.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
  • Lead SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns to expand reach and generate leads.
  • Implement data-driven marketing analytics to measure effectiveness.
  • Introduce innovative branding approaches, including storytelling, video marketing, and client testimonials.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or corporate communications; infrastructure/industrial experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing successful brand campaigns and managing corporate identity.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, analytics, social media).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and industrial project branding is an advantage.
