Social Media & Paid Advertising Manager

We are looking for a talented and energetic Social Media & Paid Advertising Manager with 3–4 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating content strategies, producing engaging content, and running targeted advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Marketing, and Google Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and advertising strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest social media, digital marketing, and advertising trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, and content creation for social media.
• Experience in managing content calendars, campaigns, and analytics reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cold email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with additional social media platforms and analytics tools.
