Experience: 3 to 6 years in Related Field

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development and Positioning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish National Path Lab as a trusted, leading diagnostic brand across Nepal.

• Create and maintain consistent physical and digital brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms

• Design and roll out brand campaigns to strengthen brand recall, trust, and loyalty among target segments such as patients, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and collection centers.

• Manage relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and creative vendors to amplify brand visibility.

• Regularly conduct brand perception surveys and competitor benchmarking to refine positioning.

  • Strategic Leadership and Market Expansion

• Build and lead the strategy to expand home collection awareness through both digital and offline channels.

• Design multi-channel campaigns to support regional and national business goals.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to align branding efforts with sales growth targets.

  • Digital Platform Operations

• Oversee operations of the mobile app, website, CRM system, and digital booking platforms.

• Drive increased app adoption, usage, and online booking for home collections.

• Ensure smooth integration between digital platforms and LIS.

  • Team & Cross-functional Coordination

• Lead and coordinate teams including digital marketing, content,

IT, customer service, field ops, and logistics.

• Set clear goals and KPIs for each team; monitor progress through regular reviews.

• Mentor junior staff and ensure consistent upskilling in digital marketing and brand communication.

  • Customer Experience and Service Delivery

• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for phlebotomy coordination, field logistics, and customer query handling.

• Improve customer experience across all touchpoints and measure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).

• Set up systems for real-time tracking, appointment rescheduling, and feedback collection.

  • Content Social and Campaign Execution

• Manage a content calendar to regularly publish educational, promotional, and brand-building content.

• Lead SEO, SEM, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid campaign strategies.

• Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted digital campaigns focused on home collection services.

  • Brand-Aligned Event and Media Management

• Plan, execute, and manage offline branding initiatives, community health events, and public awareness programs.

• Ensure digital coverage and post-event promotion through social media and earned media.

• Liaise with media for press releases, interviews, and editorial features aligned with brand goals.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics

• Track and report on brand performance, campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and sales uplift through digital activities.

• Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership monthly.

• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.

  • Quality, Compliance and Branding Ethics

• Ensure that all digital and brand content complies with ISO 15189:2022, healthcare regulations, and ethical marketing practices.

• Work with the Compliance Officer for regular audits and adherence to data privacy policies and advertising laws.
