Experience: 3 to 6 years in Related Field
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development and Positioning
• Create and maintain consistent physical and digital brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
• Design and roll out brand campaigns to strengthen brand recall, trust, and loyalty among target segments such as patients, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and collection centers.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and creative vendors to amplify brand visibility.
• Regularly conduct brand perception surveys and competitor benchmarking to refine positioning.
- Strategic Leadership and Market Expansion
• Design multi-channel campaigns to support regional and national business goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to align branding efforts with sales growth targets.
- Digital Platform Operations
• Drive increased app adoption, usage, and online booking for home collections.
• Ensure smooth integration between digital platforms and LIS.
- Team & Cross-functional Coordination
IT, customer service, field ops, and logistics.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for each team; monitor progress through regular reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure consistent upskilling in digital marketing and brand communication.
- Customer Experience and Service Delivery
• Improve customer experience across all touchpoints and measure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).
• Set up systems for real-time tracking, appointment rescheduling, and feedback collection.
- Content Social and Campaign Execution
• Lead SEO, SEM, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid campaign strategies.
• Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted digital campaigns focused on home collection services.
- Brand-Aligned Event and Media Management
• Ensure digital coverage and post-event promotion through social media and earned media.
• Liaise with media for press releases, interviews, and editorial features aligned with brand goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Analytics
• Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership monthly.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.
- Quality, Compliance and Branding Ethics
• Work with the Compliance Officer for regular audits and adherence to data privacy policies and advertising laws.
