Responsibility
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all stores
- Audit store execution and ensure SOP compliance
- Collaborate on creative campaigns and content
- Execute in-store marketing initiatives and track results
- Design impactful visuals using Canva or similar tools
Requirement
- 2–3+ years in retail marketing, branding, or visual merchandising (Bhatbhateni, Bigmart, Sales Berry, Miniso, Burger House, Chicken station etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding & customer behavior
- Excellent communication, collaboration & organizational skills
- Willingness to visit stores regularly
- Salary: Based on Experience and Qualification(Negotiable)
Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing, Branding, or Communications
- Experience in multi-store retail environments
