We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email channels
  • Drive and manage LinkedIn marketing initiatives, particularly for lead generation and outreach using tools like Sales Navigator, Dripify, and other automation platforms
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
  • Support content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Coordinate and track the performance of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company’s website, with proficiency in Webflow (or similar CMS platforms)
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and CRM systems
  • Assist with public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases
  • Take initiative to identify gaps, propose improvements, and execute projects independently without constant oversight


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role


Must have hands-on experience with:

  • LinkedIn marketing and outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator)
  • Email marketing tools and campaign automation platforms
  • Marketing software and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO best practices, and digital content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with website management, preferably with Webflow
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising and SEM strategies
  • Experience with video marketing, influencer collaborations, or branded content campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
