Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support & Order Tracking Associate to be the voice of Fasto for our customers. You will handle order-related queries, track deliveries in real time, resolve issues, and ensure customers experience seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails for order tracking and customer support.
- Monitor live orders and coordinate with dark stores and riders to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Track delays, report operational issues, and escalate to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the system.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or +2 with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, or order tracking is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and tracking tools.
- Calm, problem-solving attitude with ability to handle pressure.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
