Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Dhapasi. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to job seekers, assessing their career objectives, and identifying suitable job opportunities. They will also develop and implement career counseling programs, conduct individual and group counseling sessions, and maintain detailed records of clients' progress. Additional tasks include collaborating with employers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring that candidates are well-prepared for their roles.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Candidate must have minimum 1 years+ Experience in career counseling, guidance programs, and assessment
- Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed client records and progress reports
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse candidate backgrounds and career objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in the HR and recruitment industry is a plus
