Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Front Office Associate / GSA (Night Only) at Hotel Goodwill. The role is on-site and located in Lalitpur District. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, and communicating effectively with guests and other team members. The associate will also ensure smooth night-time operations and address any guest concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Check-in experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work night shifts with a high level of reliability
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
