We are seeking a smart, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to be the face of our organization. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
* Maintain front desk and lobby area in a clean and organized manner
* Provide administrative support to various departments
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum +2 / Bachelor's degree preferred
* Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
* Multitasking and time-management skills
* Fluency in Nepali and English
