This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Supervisor located in Kathmandu. The Ticketing Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to air ticketing, provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure all bookings are processed smoothly. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, assisting in event planning for travel-related activities, and leading a team of ticketing agents to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
