Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to strengthen KMG’s digital presence, drive audience engagement, and support revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and deep knowledge of digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with KMG’s audience and business goals.
  • Manage campaigns across social media, search engines, display, email, and content marketing channels.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative, and technical teams to drive engagement and impact on content.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) ensuring high ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
  • Strengthen KMG’s brand positioning across digital platforms.
  • Explore partnerships, influencer marketing, and innovative approaches to audience growth.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on digital performance.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Few years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in media or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.
