Job Description
Tekvortex specializes in building complex enterprise products and services. We are currently seeking talented and experienced Software Quality Analysts to ensure the reliability and functionality of our enterprise products. You'll work closely with our R&D teams to identify and resolve defects, test new features, and accelerate the delivery of our products on cutting-edge platforms.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, particularly related to Kubernetes deployment and management.
- Monitor and log Kubernetes clusters using tools like Splunk, Datadog, and Komodor.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to pod restarts or failures in Kubernetes.
- Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure new changes don't introduce defects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise test documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, containerization practices, and industry best practices.
What you'll need:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software development.
- Kubernetes Experience: Proficiency in deploying, managing, and scaling applications using Kubernetes, including troubleshooting pod issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Datadog, and Komodor.
- Containerization: Strong knowledge of Docker for container creation, management, and orchestration (e.g., docker-compose).
- CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating containerization with CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCI.
- Linux OS Troubleshooting: Expertise in Linux command line tools, system administration, and network troubleshooting using tools like netstat and tcpdump.
- Python: Proficiency in writing Python scripts for automation, debugging, and using frameworks like Pytest and Unittest.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues and areas for impr

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Docker &/or other container technologies.
