Key Responsibilities
1.AI Tool Implementation & Integration
- Deploy, configure, and integrate AI tools (LLMs, analytics platforms, automation frameworks) into business systems (ERP, CRM, workflow apps).
- Develop APIs, workflows, and connectors for seamless interoperability.
2.Customization & Optimization
- Fine-tune AI tools (chatbots, models, automation agents, recommendation engines).
- Apply prompt engineering and model configuration to improve accuracy.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
3.Data & Workflow Management
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Manage data pipelines, integrations, and preprocessing.
4.Monitoring & Support
- Monitor AI systems for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for AI-driven tools.
5. Training & Adoption
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption.
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and AI automation systems.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, SAP) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple AI projects.
