Job Summary

Shasheela Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing workshop operations, interacting with customers, and handling service of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Commercial Vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist customers in the service center, understanding their vehicle issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Prepare job cards, explain repair needs to customers, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced as per manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
  • Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear communication between the workshop team and customers.
  • Keep records of service operations and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Practical knowledge of EV and Commercial Vehicle servicing.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workshop operations and coordinate with technicians.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
