Role Description
The Workshop Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing workshop staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and liaising with clients to address their needs. This role also includes scheduling and monitoring repair and maintenance work, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yr experience as service engineer in automotive field preferred from Two wheeler Industry
- Leadership and team management skills
- Technical knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience in inventory and supply chain management
- Strong communication and client liaison skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adhere to and enforce safety protocols
- Diploma or degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
