Designation: Officer- O&M Engineer

Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Salary: 32,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and test DC chargers, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Conduct daily technical inspections of chargers to ensure functionality and performance.
- Maintain daily logs of technician activities (on-field and off-field).
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for timely servicing.
- Communicate with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for compliance, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, site in-charges, and technicians to resolve technical issues, including field visits.
- Monitor and implement firmware/software updates for chargers.
- Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis of charger faults and execute corrective actions.
Prepare SOPs, user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with software/firmware teams on integrations and backend systems.
- Monitor and evaluate EVSE station performance using dashboards and diagnostic tools.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical systems design, installation, or maintenance.
- Basic knowledge about EV Supply Equipment would be a plus point.
