Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting biomedical equipment while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Provides technical support, training, and coordination with clients and sales teams, with flexibility for travel.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance of medical equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and equipment history.
- Provide technical support and training to clinicians, customers, and staff.
- Research new biomedical technologies and prepare reports, protocols, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for technical assistance.
- Travel outside the valley for service requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (or relevant field).
- 1–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply).
- Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to train and support healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler license.
