We are seeking Trainee Product Designers to join the Hivecraft Traineeship Program. This role is designed for aspiring designers with a basic understanding of Figma, familiarity with design principles, and a passion for building intuitive user experiences. Trainees will practice wireframing, prototyping, and visual design while exploring advanced concepts under mentor guidance. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and eager to turn foundational knowledge into practical, real-world skills.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen your foundation in visual and interaction design.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Apply design thinking and usability principles to solve practical problems.
- Work hands-on with Figma and related design tools.
- Collaborate with mentors for feedback and iteration.
- Contribute to design challenges and guided projects simulating real-world scenarios.
- Participate in internal product experiments and support design tasks on live projects under mentor supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Figma and design principles (color, typography, layout, hierarchy).
- Prior practice through small projects or experiments (academic, personal, or freelance).
- Strong curiosity about UI/UX design and product development.
