Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and creative Multi-Media Design Intern to support our marketing and communication initiatives through high-quality visual content. This role is perfect for someone passionate about graphic design, video production, photography, and video editing, and eager to build a strong creative portfolio through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design graphics and visual content for digital and print use, including social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, recruitment promotions, and internal events.
  • Edit video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute multimedia content projects.
  • Ensure all designs, photos, and videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Organize and maintain a digital archive of multimedia assets, photos, and video files.


Key Skills Required

  • Graphic Design: Ability to create clean, visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.
  • Video Production & Editing: Skill in shooting, editing, and producing video content for various platforms.
  • Photography: Experience in capturing high-quality photos for promotional and documentation purposes.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to contribute ideas and work within a team to execute creative projects.


Preferred Tools & Advantageous Skills

  • Prior knowledge or experience with any of the following tools is an advantage, but you can also learn them on the job:
    Graphic Design & Video Editing: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • A creative mindset with a good eye for design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.
