Position Vacancy: Academic Liaison Officers (Academic Department)

Number of Personnel Required: 3

Location: Kathmandu (On-site, Full-time)


The Academic Liaison Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between students, faculty, and the administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic services to students by addressing student inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support academic logistics for faculty and academic members, including managing academic records, documentation, scheduling, and other administrative requirements as needed.
  • Assist students with academic processes, policies, and guidance to enhance their academic journey.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and academic activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of college events and activities.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a student-centered approach.


Software Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Other administrative and academic management tools as required


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
  • Relevant industry experience and/or teaching background will be considered an added advantage.
