Position Vacancy: Academic Liaison Officers (Academic Department)
Number of Personnel Required: 3
Location: Kathmandu (On-site, Full-time)
The Academic Liaison Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between students, faculty, and the administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic services to students by addressing student inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support academic logistics for faculty and academic members, including managing academic records, documentation, scheduling, and other administrative requirements as needed.
- Assist students with academic processes, policies, and guidance to enhance their academic journey.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and academic activities.
- Support the planning and execution of college events and activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a student-centered approach.
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Other administrative and academic management tools as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
- Relevant industry experience and/or teaching background will be considered an added advantage.
