Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for the manufacturing process.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Coordinate with the production team to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Recommend modifications and upgrades to improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also apply).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
