Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager located in Kathmandu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate travel itineraries, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships with local communities and partners. The role involves supervising adventure tours, cultural tours, and other travel services, as well as handling logistics, safety measures, and financial oversight.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel operations, travel itinerary planning, and staff management
- Knowledge of logistics planning, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and cultures of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferable but not mandatory if proven experience and skills can offset this requirement
