Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sitapaila, Kathmandu for a Service Advisor at Shangrila Motors. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing technical issues, coordinating with Showrooms and Dealers, ensuring timely delivery of vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing aftersales services.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 2 Experience in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused Service and Aftersales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in local languages is beneficial
