This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support representative, located in Kathmandu. The position involves handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer support tickets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer experience. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
