Office Timing: Sun-Sat (10 am - 5 pm)

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be the bridge between our users, business goals, and engineering/design teams. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, continuously iterating based on data and feedback. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver high-impact features that delight our customers and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

Product Execution

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to release, including feature rollouts and enhancements.
  • Maintain the Knowledge Base of the product for both internal and external stakeholders.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to understand customer pain points.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Performance Tracking

  • Define and track key product KPIs to measure success and impact.
  • Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and changing business needs.
  • Build & maintain Mixpanel dashboards and audience cohorts for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee all product & marketing tracking systems including Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Meta SDK, and Google Tag Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Jira, Figma, or Google Analytics
