Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu.
We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales initiatives in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on achieving goals, building strong client partnerships, and contributing to the improvement of Nepal’s health system through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to align product capabilities with client needs
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or software industry
- Passionate about improving healthcare through technology
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships based on trust and value
- Proficiency in market research, sales data analysis, and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Experience working with hospitals or medical institutions is a strong advantage
