We’re seeking a Creative Marketing & Brand Strategist & Creator to help lead this transformation.


We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who understands branding at its core—someone who can blend storytelling, structure, and design to lead Our Client’s brand evolution.


The Role


As our Creative Marketing & Brand Strategist & Creator, you’ll own and drive our Client’s brand strategy, messaging, visual identity, and creative execution. This is both a strategic and executional role: you’ll be the architect of the brand as well as the maker. You’ll work cross-functionally with Founder, internal teams, external agencies, designers, and IT to ensure our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and forward-looking.

What You'll DoBrand Strategy & Development

  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure strategic clarity and creative excellence.


  • Build and maintain our brand architecture and naming systems for products, services, and internal initiatives.


  • Create brand characters, storylines, and creative metaphors that bring our brand voice to life.


  • Partner with the nomenclature team to shape naming principles, advocate for sub-brand consistency, and provide strategic rationale for naming decisions.

Brand Governance & Consistency

  • Act as a central steward of the brand, ensuring brand consistency across global teams, marketing campaigns, customer touchpoints, and internal communications.


  • Collaborate closely with design, IT, and content teams to bring the brand to life across digital platforms and physical assets.


  • Review agency briefs and deliverables to ensure brand quality and strategic alignment.

Research, Insight, and Messaging

  • Distill research findings and competitive intelligence into actionable brand insights.


  • Write creative briefs, prepare executive-level presentations, and lead branding workshops with internal stakeholders.


  • Translate complex freight ideas into clear, impactful narratives that resonate with B2B and B2C audiences.

Creative Execution & Leadership

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, copywriting, and visual direction.

  • Lead creative campaigns and develop next-step marketing strategies to expand our Client’s brand presence.


  • Contribute to internal brand culture and help ensure that everyone in the organization understands, lives, and expresses the brand authentically.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.


  • 3+ years of brand strategy experience, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency-side roles.


  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing brand systems, architecture, and toolkits.


  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and presenting to executive leadership.


  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills—especially in structuring brand strategy decks and executive briefs.


  • Familiarity with naming systems, portfolio strategy, and brand architecture.


  • Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive, with a bias for action and clarity.


  • Curious, culturally attuned, and comfortable working in complex, fast-moving environments.


  • A strong point of view but open-minded and flexible in your approach.


  • freight industry familiarity is a plus but not required.
