Role Overview: Global Diary Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Field Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our network of local businesses on the Global Diary digital platform. This role involves direct engagement with shops, service providers, and institutions to promote our services, explain the on-boarding process, and complete registrations. The position requires regular field activities, record-keeping, and coordination with the internal team to ensure business sign-ups and outreach targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, shops, service providers, and institutions to introduce and promote Global Diary.
• Provide clear information on platform features, benefits, and on-boarding steps.
• Facilitate the registration and enrollment of businesses onto the Global Diary platform.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, and sign-ups using company-provided tools.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and outreach targets.
• Gather feedback from registered users and report it to the Admin team for review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries or on-boarding issues.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during all client and field interactions.

Requirements

• +2 or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in field sales, marketing, or customer relations preferred.
• Effective communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Ability to explain processes and persuade potential clients to register.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, social media, and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas and conduct regular field visits.
• Ability to work independently and meet defined targets.
