Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager Cement Division, located in Kathmandu. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, and providing reports on sales performance. The role requires working closely with other departments to achieve company objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in the Cement sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu
