Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying and converting institutional and corporate clients to meet monthly sales targets. Ensures smooth client onboarding, contract signing, and first bill collection while maintaining strong client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular market research and field visits to identify potential institutional clients.
  • Generate leads, fix meetings, and pitch services to decision-makers in corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Convert prospects into customers by negotiating deals and closing agreements.
  • Maintain strong public relations (PR) with prospects and existing clients.
  • Actively engage in contract signing and first bill collection to ensure eligibility for incentives.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Branch Manager or Corporate Sales Supervisor regarding progress, queries, or support needed.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to facilitate a healthy work environment.
  • Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the department’s overall performance.


Job Specification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or institutional/business development roles. (Experience in ISP or B2B sales is an added advantage)
