Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Customer Service
● Welcome customers visiting showroom and guiding/catering them their requirements
● Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features & handle their queries
● Provide customers with product information that they need
● Explain product features and warranty agreements
● Demonstrate the working of a product when required
● Follow up with customers as per requirement and escalate if not closed
● Ensure 100% customers are dealt at best possible manner
● Go on Institutional visits to improve footfall and store sales
● Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction though excellent service
Maintain Cleanliness showroom
● When on duty make sure the store is clean, all instruments are clean, items are properly displayed and user and labeled properly.
Reporting
● Record all the visits/Customer footfall in showroom with next action plan
● Record customer demographics and customer data of visiting customers. Sold customer data base to be maintained
● Record & report all follow up done on phone & all sales visits done.
Collection of cash
● Receive cash at the showroom counter
● Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
● Handover cash collection to Floor in charge at end of day
Warranty
● Explain in details regarding warranty, warranty coverage and process of the sold products/equipment's
Follow up & Coordinate with customers for repair & Maintenance/Servicing
● Keep track and record of products coming for repair/Maintenance & servicing
● Forwarding the products to the designated person for repair & maintenance/Servicing
● Follow up the clients related to the matter with repair & maintenance
● Keep record of the products coming IN and Out for repair & Maintenance
Others
● Manage Product returns and exchanges
● Others roles & Duties as assigned by HOD’s
JOB SPECIFICATION:
● At least 1 year sales experience in retail
● Education: Bachelor's Degree
