Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead international group tours from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly.
  • Manage itineraries, logistics, and on-tour problem-solving.
  • Handle documentation (visas, tickets, insurance) and compliance with travel regulations.
  • Promote add-on services (excursions, upgrades) to enhance guest experience.
  • Resolve emergencies (flight delays, illnesses, etc.) professionally.
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements for future tours.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tour Manager (outbound tours preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of popular international destinations.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle crises calmly and multitask under pressure.
  • Fluency in English ([other languages] is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR.
  • Familiarity with travel software (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
