Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with market changes and audience preferences.
  • Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Run paid social media campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better ROI.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities to stand out.
  • Ensure all social media activities are consistent with brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and generate insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
