Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with market changes and audience preferences.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Run paid social media campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better ROI.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities to stand out.
- Ensure all social media activities are consistent with brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and generate insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
