Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty Incharge located in Jagati, Bhaktapur. The Warranty Incharge will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate warranty records. The role involves coordinating with service teams, addressing customer concerns, and analyzing warranty data to improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims in line with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Assess the validity of warranty claims and approve or reject claims as per company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty-related inquiries and concerns
- Work closely with the Service and Parts departments to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and parts replaced for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all warranty policies and procedures, keeping up-to-date with any changes or updates from the manufacturer.
Qualifications:
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Relevant experience in warranty management or a similar role for 3 years
- Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with different departments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
