Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional based in Nepal to join our team in a dual-function remote role. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations using QuickBooks Online and provide administrative support to the CEO, who is based in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage client invoices using QuickBooks Online, based on data from project/time-tracking platforms such as GOAT.
- Reconcile payments with bank feeds and ensure accurate, timely updates of invoice statuses.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt collection.
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
- Identify and escalate any payment delays, mismatches, or discrepancies.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments in AET.
- Assist with document preparation, light research, task coordination, and meeting follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, covering both personal and professional matters.
- Track, follow up on, and help execute key action items from the CEO’s task list.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role involving Accounts Receivable and QuickBooks Online.
- Solid understanding of invoice lifecycles, AR workflows, and payment reconciliation.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and complex calendars.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Familiarity with email automation tools and collaboration platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
- Capable of prioritizing and multitasking independently, with minimal supervision.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
- Reliable internet connection and disciplined approach to remote work.
- Comfortable working with Western business culture and professional communication norms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
