Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Support role located in Kathmandu. The Sales and Support representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing customer service, managing sales, and conducting training sessions as necessary. Additionally, the role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent support and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in the networking or telecommunications industry is a plus
