Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and market-aware Outbound Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of outbound travel - from market research and product development to supplier coordination, marketing, and sales execution. The ideal candidate understands the mindset of Nepali travelers and brings energy, creativity, and structure to every part of the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify travel trends, client preferences, and potential outbound destinations for the Nepali market
  • Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers including hotels, DMCs, and airlines
  • Develop competitive, experience-based outbound tour packages that reflect focus on personalized and purposeful travel
  • Lead marketing and sales efforts across digital and direct channels
  • Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, make bookings, issue tickets, and provide after-sales support
  • Guide clients on travel documentation including visa procedures, insurance, and destination regulations
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with clients and partners throughout the travel process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless execution of each tour
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound tours or international travel consulting
  • Proven experience in designing and selling outbound tour packages
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Experience with GDS systems, online reservation tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong network of outbound suppliers and destination knowledge
  • Understanding of international destinations, travel logistics, and visa requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Bonus for expertise in one or more destination - Europe, APAC, Southeast Asia, Middle East, US
