Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and uphold company service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, polished, and guest-focused demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
