- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales
- Manage inventory and supply chain, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service team for seamless operations
- Analyze financial reports, control costs, and ensure profitability
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and implement service improvements
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
