Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant at Hotel Goodwill, located in Lalitpur District. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests promptly, and ensuring that all hotel policies and standards are upheld. Interaction with guests may be required to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Food Service and Food & Beverage experience
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
