This is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu as an Inbound Officer at GURU TRAVELS LTD. The Inbound Officer will be responsible for coordinating inbound travel services, managing customer inquiries, arranging travel packages, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of inbound travel services and tour operations
- Experience in managing customer inquiries and travel arrangements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and a second language is a plus
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
