Key Responsibility:
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls; handle general inquiries.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for guests.
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling interviews.
- Help manage employee records and documentation.
- Track attendance and maintain leave records.
- Assist in organizing internal events and office communications.
- Provide general admin support to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception, admin roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
