Role Overview
We are looking for a technically sound and driven Sales Executive with a Concrete Technologist background to promote and sell our range of construction chemicals in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete mix design, site trials, and product application support.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell admixtures, waterproofing systems, bonding agents, and other construction chemicals to contractors, RMC plants, and consultants.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and field trials.
Provide technical support on concrete mix design, dosage optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develop strong relationships with clients, site engineers, consultants, and procurement managers.
Track and respond to project leads, tender opportunities, and BOQs.
Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain CRM entries.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in construction chemical sales or technical support in concrete works.
Sound knowledge of concrete mix design and construction practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Preferred Background
Experience with global brands like Fosroc, Sika, BASF, Cico, etc.
Familiarity with local RMC plants and construction contractors in Kathmandu valley.
