- Location: Kathmandu HO - Naxal
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration or management
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience at the front desk, customer service or receptionist role.
Key Responsibilities Area (KRA):
• Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and customers with a welcoming attitude. Address inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Reception Management: Handle incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and manage the front desk in an organized manner.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment booking system, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of visitors and clients.
• Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as handling emails, maintaining records, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
• Visitor Coordination: Ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures for visitors and guide them to appropriate personnel or service areas.
• Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, packages, and deliveries, and ensure they reach the correct recipient.
• Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Facility Management: Oversee cleanliness and organization of the front office and ensure a comfortable environment for visitors.
• Security and Access Control: Monitor access to the premises and maintain a visitor log for security purposes
Required Skills:

- Proficient in using office software (MS Office and Email management)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
