Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensured that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with site engineers, management, and client representatives.
- Maintain discipline and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed at the work place.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
- Minimum +2 complete.
