This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate at Lavie Hospitality Group located in Kathmandu in Boudha Ramhiti. We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm and friendly demeanor. As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will play a key role in providing attentive service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or Tourism Studies
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage service role
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Knowledge of POS systems, order handling, and customer service standards is an advantage
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a customer-facing role, knowledge of different types of cuisine, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
