This is a full-time on-site role for the Sales Head - 2 Wheeler position, located in Kathmandu. The Sales Head will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage sales teams, and develop strategies to boost sales performance. Responsibilities include account management, sales planning, coordinating with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth. The Sales Head will also analyze market trends, set sales targets, and ensure the team meets its goals.
- Proven Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
- Team Management experience with strong leadership abilities
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 2-wheeler industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
