We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (LATAM)
Remote | Bilingual (Nepali + English)
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing LATAM-based venture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to turn digital strategy into real results.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (Meta)
- Write high-converting ad copy and content for social media, websites, and landing pages
- Develop and manage email marketing flows (welcome series, retargeting, newsletters)
- Collaborate with our creative and sales teams to align messaging and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, BONUS: ideally within the US/LATAM market
- Proven skills in campaign planning, content writing, and email marketing
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Bilingual in English and Nepali.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience as a Meta Account Specialist.
- Know how to manage ad spend, optimize CPL, and increase ROAS
- Are familiar with CRM tools like hubspot, mailchimp etc.
